- Phone: You can also cancel your booking by calling our customer service team. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you with your cancellation requests.
- Email: If you prefer, you can send a cancellation request via our contact form with your booking details. Please ensure to send this from the email address associated with your booking.
Please note, to avoid cancellation charges, we request that you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time, if you are doing so by email/message.
Modifying Your Booking
- Online: For minor changes such as updating the pickup time or location, log in to your account on our website or app, select your booking, and choose ‘Modify Booking.’ Make the necessary changes and save them.
