- Email Confirmation: Shortly after your booking, we’ll send a detailed confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will include your booking number, pickup and drop-off details, the date and time of your trip, and the type of vehicle you’ve booked.
- SMS Notification: If you’ve provided a mobile phone number, you’ll also receive an SMS confirmation with your booking details and a booking reference number. This is handy for quick reference, especially when you’re on the go.
- App Notification: If you used the Taxi York app to make your reservation, you would receive an in-app notification confirming your booking details. You can also check the ‘My Bookings’ section within the app at any time to see the status of your booking.
- Customer Support Confirmation: If you’re unsure about your booking status or haven’t received a confirmation through the above channels, you can always contact our customer support team. They’re available to confirm your booking details and answer any questions you may have.
